We checked with our host and that IP address is not blocked.

Can you ask your host if there are any other IP addresses that are used for outbound communications ?

Hi there,

Our host is looking into this. The IP was unblocked but was then blocked again due to too many connections being made from that IP.

The good news is that the license key activation simply gives you access to updates via the Dashboard - it doesn't unlock any features. You have access to all features now and can begin your work even without an active license key.

I'll update you once we hear back from our hosting.

Aha, definitely some weird server stuff going on here.

Can you right-click the Site Library page and choose "Inspect", then share a screenshot of the "Console" tab?
