can you check with your host and ask if the server can communicate with generatepress.com
If it can, then ask them for the server IP address for outbound comms and we can check to see if that is blocked.

Is that the Site Library ? If so - yes if you're host cannot talk to the gpsites.co server or the generatepress.com server then you will have an issue.
Report the problem back to the host, and let us know what they say
