I get "bad request" when attempt to "Open options"?

In essence, try disabling plugins other than our products to check if another plugin is causing this. Also try clearing all caching mechanisms set in place in your website(plugins,CDN,and server caching included), and finally, check with your hosting provider for any security settings that may cause this issue.

Hope we get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. :)
