i dont have access to elements
and to nothing inside gp premium....
i think a bug was created cause my license had ended and i renewed after...
Hi there,
That sounds strange - haven't heard this issue before so let's go through some debugging steps.
Can you first confirm that the elements module is indeed activated?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules
In the bellow image you will see that i cant interact with the modules inside gp premium!!!
The only option i have is the button "learn more" where it takes my to your site!!

I have tried redownloading gp premium from my account and uploading it /replacing the old one, with no luck in fixing the problem though!
Please tell me what else you need to fix this!
Hi there,
I logged in your staging site https://your-site.kinsta.cloud/
The premium plugin seems working fine:

Does the issue only happen on your live site?
Let me know :)
Maybe it is activated in staging and thus deactivated it self on my live... yes on live the problem is still there, and the box for inputing my license isnt there...
What should i do??
The license key should work on multiple sites.
Can you provide admin access to your live site so we can have a look at the backend?
Your screenshot in this post shows what you see when the GP Premium is not installed or activated:

Please take a look, but be careful of what u do, cause this is my live & working site!
Also please inform me of what u did inside my site!
Thank you in advance!

Can you clone the live site back to the staging site? (overwriting the staging w/ the current live site)
After cloning, can you check if the same issue occurs on the staging site?
If it does, let's do basic debugging starting with disabling ALL plugins. You then check with just GP Premium enabled and see if the issue still occurs. You then enable the plugins one by one to check which triggers the issue. :D
It was assetcleanup sorry for the trouble!
Good catch! Thank you for letting us know. Glad you got it sorted. :D
