while page 1 works...
The pages with subcategory works properly
how can I solve?
best regards,

Hi there,
This is a permalink issue that is handled by WordPress itself:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-permalinks-screen/
You can verify by activating a Twenty series WP theme to test if the issue still occurs there.
If so I'd recommend:
1. Disabling all plugins to test if any of them is causing a conflict.
2. Check with your hosting support.
Hope this helps :)
Also changing Theme doesn't works :(
My reply above should explained it all:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/https-sitename-com-category-page-2-doesnt-work/#post-2300068
I also notice that I can't remove Social-network category from Post > Categories... I don't know if this could be helpful.
I tried:
1. Disabling all plugins to test if any of them is causing a conflict.
2. Check with your hosting support
But doesn't works.
Siteground told me that they can't help me.
Hi Francesco,
Can you try rebuilding your permalink structure? Just go to Settings > Permalinks and hit save.
Fernando I did it, I also try to rewrite rule for pagination of the category_base value but doesn't work.
Do you have custom codes in your site? Can you try temporarily removing/disabling them?
No any custom code :(
What did your hosting provider say? Can you make sure mod_rewrite is set up correctly?
Siteground support text me that I have to ask to an IT service to try to solve the problem. Yes I rewrite correctly.
Does this occur for all your categories or just this one? Can you try renaming the category slug if so?
all the main category! the subcategory works
Unfortunately we are out of ideas here and it's clearly not a theme related issue.
Can you check with WP's support team to see if they can offer a piece of advice?
You can show them that the issue exists in a Twenty series WP theme so they can't blame GP.
