How to split post in two parts

I need to split post in two parts, so it will be 2 pages in one post. How can i do this? i installed plagin jQuery Post Splitter but it doesnt work with this theme, code <!––nextpage––> also doesnt work. when i use these methods it show everything on the same page anyway.

I just tested it and this should still works: <!--nextpage-->. Make sure it's inserted in text editor.
If you are using sections then you might have to use a plugin as suggested here: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/nextpage-on-page-how-to/

i tried to type, i tried to copy, i installed special plagin. ))) nothing works. i can give u password to admin panel and u can try if u want.
That's really weird. Did you try typing it with the special plugin disabled?
Any other plugin that could be interfere with it?
yes i tried all this and still nothing. by the way i cant update Generate Press as well. It says that im not registered although i registered my licence
I'll ask Tom to see if he has any idea why that's not working.
As for update, can you try manually update first then insert the license key again?

Have you tried deactivating your plugins one by one to see if there's a plugin issue?
