How to display blog post title on posts page

Right now I am displaying featured image, excerpt, and read more but I want to show the post title and style it.
How can I do so?

Do you have a layout element created to remove the content titles?

I did have a rule to remove content title. I turned it off and it works but I am trying to figure out why I had it set this way in the first place.
I wouldn't know that unfortunately.
What is this option supposed to control besides just titles on the blog page?
It removes all content title including blog/archive/single posts/static pages.
