How Can I enable Table of content like this

This is a website where is unique table of content, how can I enable like this in my posts/articles?
When you click on any of this text, it redirects you to articles headlines. I need to enable same as they use. Please help me.

GP doesn't have a built-in function like this, you might need a plugin to achieve this.
Please, share any plugin like this. I am very confused.

I'm not sure the exact features you need but you will need to try a few more plugins and see if any of them work for you.
