I don't see what's wrong with it? You're probably doing something different in each post?

If you scroll down, there are quite a few posts with only miniature image as well..

Perhaps you need to set your blog content to see the full post in Customize > Blog > Blog Content.

Videos (or any other HTML) won't show in post excerpts.

It worked correctly before the update, in the image https://postimg.org/image/5yxpemgd9/ you can see how that post has the featured image and the video thumbnail, even if it gives the play you can see the Thumbnail video
