Hello -
I have a site that is using the Arctic pre-site install.
It seems to be displaying really strangely perhaps without any CSS.
Any tips as to why this might be possibly happening would be truly appreciated.

Thank you, that seems to have worked.
I actually had two caching plugins:
1. autooptimize
2. hummingbird
Should I avoid one or the other?

Best to use just one plugin to avoid conflicts.
We personally use the Autoptimize plugin
