Hamburger is not working on mobile devices

I'm not sure why the hamburger icon and the search icon on my primary menu header are not working. It seems to be stuck. Test my site on google mobile-friendly test and it was good with no issues. When I open up the customize, on my dashboard and change it to mobile view, the hamburger and search icon works just fine. Any thoughts on how to correct this. Thank you

Likely a plugin conflicts.
