H1 vs custom home.H1 for SEO

Hey guys,

I've recently swapped the regular H1 and H2s to a Custom home.H1 and home.H2 on my homepage. I've done this because I want a slightly different font used on my homepage than the rest of the website. H1 and H2s are obviously really important for highlighting keywords and SEO etc. Can I please ask though whether swapping out the regular H1 and H2s for the custom home.H1 and home.H2 might affect things from an SEO perspective?
