H1 missing in HOMEPAGE and Mobile Speed Loading

hello, i have a couple of questions. SEO tools telling me I don't have H1 in my homepage. How to insert h1 in HOMEPAGE? And another question is about mobile speed. Is it possible to optimize websites load to under 3 sec? Because I really can't. I tried wp fastest cache, autooptimize, async and don't know what else and simply it's impossible. Also when I install lightweight social buttons load time goes up.. If there is any chance to help me or advice me it would be nice. Thanks in advance!

For the H1 missing on the home page issue, there isn't really a set solution for this when a logo is used and the front page is the latest posts. There simply isn't an element that makes sense to be <h1>.
What you can do is to add a header element:

with content like this:
<h1>Blog</h1>
As for the mobile speed, unfortunately there isn't too much else we can do other than our normal tips here:

Keep in mind that the speed of your site depends heavily on the quality of your hosting and all the plugins you are using.
