H1 in Post and Page Hero Element

In Appearance > Elements you have a Block Element for your single post hero ? Yes ?

I have a one block element. In that block element under element type it is assigned to "page hero". This particular block element is assigned to a number of posts.

So if this means "a Block Element for your single post hero" then yes.

I have not created any additional elements for these same posts for ex.. element/header in order to serve a similar purpose.

You have two H1 one the post you linked, one is a headline block from the block element, the other one is the one within the content area:

You can choose either one to be H1 and make the other one H2.
