[Support request] H1 in a Category page

Hello,

I’m configuring WP Adverts on my page with generate press.

In the plugin, there are important pages considered Categories. In them, I can’t put an H1 (you can see this on the webpage in the private info). The plugin is generating an h2 text, but I can’t insert an h1 (neither with Page hero, etc).

Any idea why? Any recommendations to try an insert the h1?

That’s odd. What happens when for example, you place an H1 through a Block Element – Page Hero + GB Headline Block?

On all my other pages, the hero h1 is working fine. But here it is strange. I have tried to configure another for this, and a gray square appears under the H1 block (depending on where I insert it). Sometimes (most of the time, in fact), nothing happens.

I see. Can you try adding one? We’ll check what happens to the GB Headline Block from our end.

Can you provide admin login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please leave the Page Hero activated.

I see. That’s just the Title of the Block Element. You need to add an actual Headline Block for the H1.

Ok, now I can apply it, but it is not placed where it has to be.

Do you want it to replace this text?: Alquiler de Campers

The better would be to remove the h2 (Alquiler de campers) and insert an h1 (Alquiler de campers), inside the grey space, in the middle, as it is on other pages.

If there is no way, to change the h2 to an h1 it can be a good option.
