GP WooCommerce v. other ways of customizing WC -- something changed

In a recent release of GP, it seems like the priority of how GP controls WC output changed?

I use Toolset on some sites to build custom single product content templates and custom Product archives, etc.

In the past this has worked fine and I've still been able to enable GP's WC module and use it for basics like colors.

Now if I enable the GP WooCommerce module I get GP's markup for columns and GP's responsiveness wrapped around my Product Archive template which really messes up responsive views (my columns become tiny when all my output gets squeezed into the left-most of your / WC's columns).

If I turn off the GP WooCommerce module the problem goes away but then I can't use GP for any WooCommerce control.

Did something change in how you handle WC or the priority of any actions and filters you use with WC that might not allow other tools to override yours?
