Hi Tom,
GP Premium 1.2.94 update break my content.
Mainly the content of the plugin Visual Composer: The content disappears.Do you know this incompatibility?
In first time I delete the GP Premium plugin and update the last ZIP version manually, but the site is still broken.
Now I’ve the GP Premium disconnected, and Works fine, but if I can not connect the GP Premium : My site , in this moment, don’t show parts of content provided by GP Premium.
If you want to see the problems, I can give you access keys as administrator to the web desktop.
Thanks
DaniJanuary 28, 2017 at 7:41 am #270433TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm..
Can you activate GP Premium, then deactivate all the add-ons in Appearance – GeneratePress?
Still the issue?
If not, activate each add-on one by one until the issue appears again.
January 28, 2017 at 7:57 am #270438DaniTom,
If I actívate GP Premium and deactivate all the add-ons, works fine.
I activate each add-on (The ones I always use) one by one and I found the problem:
MENU PLUS
With this add-on Active the problems with Visual composer comes (Content disappears)
Any ideas?
Thanks Tom!
DaniJanuary 28, 2017 at 7:59 am #270450TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperAny chance you can activate Menu Plus and then link me to a page where this is happening?
January 28, 2017 at 8:04 am #270451DaniOk.

NOTE: First a video should appear and then several more sections that are notThanks
January 28, 2017 at 8:16 am #270465TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperAh, you’re using a caching plugin. Menu Plus removed a script that wasn’t necessary anymore, and that script is still being called on your site causing a javascript error.
Once you clear/purge your cache in your caching plugin (you should always do this after any plugin/theme update), the issue will go away.
Let me know 🙂
January 28, 2017 at 8:21 am #270489DaniTom,
I’ve been erasing the cache every time, now too, but it still does not work well
Can you enter again?
January 28, 2017 at 8:23 am #270492TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt’s still caching the files.
Try deactivating WP Fastest Cache.
January 28, 2017 at 8:29 am #270505DaniDeactivating WP Fastet Cache the problem still remains…
January 28, 2017 at 8:31 am #270509TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, for whatever reason you’re stilling running the old files of GP Premium.
Try downloading a fresh copy from your account and uploading it: https://generatepress.com/account
January 28, 2017 at 8:36 am #270528DaniTom,
I deleted GP Premium plugin and uploaded the latest version from my account.
The problem persists…
January 28, 2017 at 8:38 am #270530TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperAny chance you can send me temporary login info?: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Looking at the file that’s causing the issue, it’s still using the code from 1.2.92. It looks like your caching plugin isn’t letting go of the cached version.
January 28, 2017 at 8:46 am #270536DaniTom,
I sent you an email with keys for login
January 28, 2017 at 10:26 am #270616TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperStill not able to access your site – looks like your security plugin might have blocked my IP.
Stepping out of the office for a few hours, but will check back later.
