GP Premium 1.11.3 or 1.12.0-rc.1

Just purchased GP Premium and have two zip files in my account page. I tried installing both but wp says can only install one. Why was I given two zip files? Which one do I want to install please?

1.11.3 is the latest official release version:

1.12.0 - release candidate 1 is the beta testing version for the next release:
https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-12-0/
I would say go with the 1.12.0 rc 1 as it seems to be quite stable.
If it all goes well we should be releasing the official 1.12.0 next week.
