I have cleared caches multiple times and nothing seems to work. At wit’s end and I am going to bed.
My site: http://www.MiramichiReader.ca

It was the Fast Velocity Minify plugin. It is the closest thing I have to a caching plugin for my site. Disabling it rectified the issue. There may have been conflicts with some Jetpack settings as well.

Hello, i love this theme. however, something is wrong. when i open the customizer, it opens, but it locks up and after 20-30 seconds crashes, I then get the “Aw, Snap!
Something went wrong while displaying this webpage.”
here’s what i’ve tried:
1. Purge cache….didn’t help.
2. Switched to my old theme (Genesis)…customizer works fine.
any ideasApril 11, 2018 at 4:36 pm #547853LeoStaffCustomer Support
Can you give #1 a shot here to eliminate plugin first?
If not can you open a new topic?
Thanks!April 11, 2018 at 4:52 pm #547861Steven Dylan Spitz
Found the problem. It’s two elementor plugins (elementor and elementor pro). when i deactivated both plugins the customizer started working.
Is GP and Elementor compatible?
Both plugins are up to date.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, even though I understand it’s not GP’s fault.April 11, 2018 at 5:26 pm #547878LeoStaffCustomer Support
