Installed on first site successfully. Failure (as described above) on second site after successfully installing and activating plugin. But I did not have to enter activation code on second site, how do I do that, or what have I done wrong?

Help needed ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Ok it is not installed and activated, I wanted to make changes using live preview and then activate them so as 'instantly' alter the site, guess I can't do that. Thank you for the prompt response Leo much appreciated.

Cheers

No problem!

I need your email address to set you up as a temp admin

I thought the problem is solved here?

Nope. Initial problem was that GP premium did not work at all, now it loads and custimiser main sidebar menu includes all GP Premium options that have been activated, whereas before they didn't. But when a GPpremium customiser option, like "colours" for example is selected it's submenu does not appear correctly and is not functional. Simple text headings appear in bold font instead of inside an element with an arrow to the right side that can be selected that provides the colour selection box. So I cannot adjust colours or anything else. Its really annoying as we would like to apply your theme and GPpremium to all of our sites.

Cheers Glenn

OK I thought you said "Ok it is not installed and activated" which would be the problem.

Can you make sure both theme and plugin are installed using the instruction here:
https://generatepress.com/install-generatepress/
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/

Then if you still don't see the normal panel like this here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/colors-overview/

Then there might be a plugin conflict so give #1 a shot here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It might also help if you upload some screenshots of what you are seeing. You can use this site and provide direct links here: https://postimages.org/
