GeneratePress meta SEO data?

Hi there,
Yoast has recently informed me that it is wise to remove the meta description from my site as they provide this already. I don't have any other SEO plugins so I am hoping you can identify that you are adding this information and how to remove it?

Hopefully simple to remove as duplicates the code of Yoast!

Have you tried disabling all of your plugins to try to identify the issue this way?
GeneratePress itself doesn't add any meta titles, descriptions or keywords:
