Hi Laurie,

I've checked your site and noticed that the changes on your customizer settings was saved as draft meaning it isn't officially published for live site use.

I did quick test and publishing it properly applies the changes.

That said, make sure changes are actually published instead of saved as draft so it reflects on the actual site. :)

The scenario you've mentioned seem to match what happens if you save it as draft only.

I believe that was it.
