Float and Flexbox - Which One?

What is the difference between Float and Flexbox?
And for Float, we should check Combine CSS and Cache dynamic CSS with External File?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

In summary, Flexbox is newer and much much better :)
Thank you for that article. I did read that when it was published and that's what made me choose Flexbox for new sites. Which lead to the CLS issue we discussed in another thread. Looking forward to a fix for that one so I can set things to Flexbox again! Thx!
