Baltaru
Hello.
I am having this strange problem from some time on 2 of my GeneratePress sites:
http://www.xtrashop.ro
http://www.cristinamorosan.roThe first time I access one of this sites after a while (undetermined), the front page doesn’t load correctly. If I refresh the page, everything will look normal.
I’ll try to upload some printscreens if I am allowed.
Can anyone have a look?
Thanks.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
you’re using Autoptimize – try clearing its Cache.

StaffCustomer SupportAny chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
Let me know π

Hard to reproduce the issue that way, Leo, as long as it seems to appear at first page load only…

I checked, and the mutual modules are:
– Advanced Gutenberg
– Advanced Gutenberg Blocks
– Akismet anti-spam
– Autoptimize
– Facebook for WooCommerce (installed but deactivated on cristinamorosan.ro for some time)
– GP Premium
– Gutenberg
– Jetpack by WordPress.com
– Loginizer
– Regenerate Thumbnails
– Shortcode in Menus
– Smush
– Stackable – Gutenberg Blocks
– Yoast SEOJuly 5, 2020 at 3:41 pm #1353123Leo

Not trying to reproduce the issue here, rather identify which plugin is causing the issue.
If the issue disappears after the plugins are disabled, then you can reactivate them on by them to see which one is causing the issue.

Yes, Leo, I understand.
What I say is that if this issue happening every now and then when you first access a page from the website, than how would one know what plugin would be to in conflict?
Disabling all the plugins for more that a few hours means shutting down the sites, which is not desirable.Let me try one at a time, maybe I get lucky.
I’ll start with non-essential ones. πJuly 6, 2020 at 8:13 am #1354095Leo
StaffCustomer SupportIf it’s live site with traffic, then it would be good to create a staging site using the same server to do some testing.

StaffCustomer SupportExtrashop the only issue i see is the Logo is missing. Which looks related to whatever lazyload plugin is being used.
The second site i cannot see any issues.

It is the second day without Autoptimize on both sites and no problem appears…

StaffCustomer SupportTry re-enabling Autoptimize and just apply the settings we provide here:
https://generatepress.com/fastest-wordpress-theme/
Do not enable Critical CSS or any of the other features.
