Featured Image in Blog Post not showing

Hi,
I'm using GeneratePress 2.0.2 / GP Premium 1.6.2 and have a problem with featured images for blog posts (and pages). I've enabled "Display featured images" in Customizing -> Layout -> Blog, for all of Archives, Posts and Pages, set the Location to "Below Title" for all three and, set Alignment to "right" for all three and also defined width and height for all three.
Now when I have a post with a featured image set, the image shows up in the blog (category list) and also in the archive and search, but does not show up in the post page (and also does not show up in pages).
As far as I can tell from the HTML, the HTML code for displaying the picture isn't there.
