Feature images not showing on post page

Hi Tom,
For some reason the featured image won't show on the blog post page even though it's set to and it works on the blog archive page. I have got a page header set globally on Posts page (blog) & Posts in the page header settings not sure if that overrides the featured images? (see video)

I also noticed the the page that I set as as my news/blog page in the reading setting does not pull in the page title using the short codes in the header setting. (see video)
