Look that the zoom effect is inverted.

What is the original image size you have uploaded?
The way the zoom works is it uses the largest available image which should be the one originally uploaded. Let me know.

The original image size uploaded is 900x900.
The image width set in the theme is 600.

Are you using any plugins related to Woocommerce or images?

SG optimizer is the SiteGroung optimization plugin.
I have contacted them and they have fixed it.
They have deactivated an image optimization option to webp.
