    Hello, one question please.
I am trying to upload the GP license in a WP and it does not save correctly. I get in console a 404 error with the url
    /wp-json/generatepress-pro/v1/license?_locale=user.
How could I fix it? Thank you in advance.

We have already tried saving permalinks but it still doesn’t work

    Hi there,

Can you try the solution w/ ALL plugins disabled except GP Premium?

If the site is under CDN like ezoic or cloudflare, it’s best if there’s disabled when doing this. If the cpanel of the host has some sort of page caching, this should be purged as well.

I have removed cloudflare and deactivated all the plugins but it still gives an error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (), when calling this url https://padelsportgranada.es/wp-json/generatepress-pro/ v1/license?_locale=user

If you go to Dashboard > Tools and check the Site Health are there any issues reported ? Specifically those related to the REST API

There is no notification of any problem on the web

When the REST API returns a 404 error it usually means that mod_rewrite has an issue on the server. Which permalinks structure are you using?

    Custom: /%category%/%postname%/

Can you see if the issue resolves itself when you set it to the Post name option?
