Error 400 when i tried import "Demo Content" the SiteLibrary

Dear GeneratePress

Issue:
When I tried import SiteLibrary (SEARCH - Site) i obtained an error 400. The process was:
Step 1: Theme options ---- ok (import ok)
Step 2: Demo content ------failed (only can install the plugins "Generateblocks and Happyforms")

Before:
1. I have Deactivate all plugins
2. I read and apply (or tried) the other options in the support page from generatepresst:
a) https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/400-error-when-importing-from-site-library/page/2/
(disable Easywp)
b) https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/400-error-while-importing-the-demo-content/
(I have Added line in “wp-config-file” to diactivate temporarily object cache)

Aditional info:
hosting: namecheap / Easywp
time consuming: 10 hours (review info-support)

The answer of namecheap about this issue was:
"The EasyWP plugin/cache is a built-in one, so it cannot be disabled on your side.
Before checking the suggestions you provided, we would like to try importing the demo content on our side directly (not via the plugin).
Please contact the demo content provider to get the actual files of the demo content. Then, you can upload those files via SFTP for us to check."
