Elements - Generate Block - Video doesn't appear

OK - we'll be here :)
It is very weird. I updated to the latest version of GP and tested by disabling all my main plugins and still it does the same thing. I am wondering if I should drive an alternative video block?
I believe I found the issue. It is with my plugin GeoDirectory.
