[Support request] Elementor editor not working after upgrading generatepress theme

The elementor editor is not working on my site.

It states
Sorry, the content area was not found.

You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for elementor to work on this page.

I upgraded the Generate Press theme just prior. Is this a theme issue? Thanks for your time.
