Hi! π
I wanted to ask, is it possible to have, for one page, a different header image beeing displayed then usually?
Means: If I click on Servers –> MC Server. I get, instead of the default blueish background, a minecraft grassblock background as header of the whole page.July 31, 2018 at 8:03 am #637034DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the simplest way is to use the Page Headers that can a. use the Featured image as a background and b. can be merged with the site header. Heres the overview and how to’s on that. Let me know.

If you’re up for it you can upgrade to GP 1.7, its currently at Release Candidate (post Beta) and show be out very soon.
It puts Page headers into a new function called elements, Tom explains this here and how to access it:July 31, 2018 at 10:13 am #637128Uwe PfeiferThanks a lot. I will have a look later. π

July 31, 2018 at 10:44 am #637149Uwe PfeiferI’d upgrade to 1.7 – is it possible to stay on 1.7 and not always have the beta? like i only wanna switch to 1.7 but after not beta anymore.
July 31, 2018 at 10:51 am #637156DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi, yes – once you check the receive betas and receive the update. then uncheck it. When 1.7 goes officially live you will receive the stable release update as per normal.
July 31, 2018 at 10:53 am #637158Uwe Pfeiferok thanks. is there already a howto about how to do the page header per page with elements.
July 31, 2018 at 11:14 am #637175DavidStaffCustomer SupportTom is working on the document and overview at the moment. There is not a great deal of changes in regards to building a page header, more so about displaying has changed. So the above documentation is close. But you can see Tom using Elements here:

July 31, 2018 at 6:57 pm #637427Uwe PfeiferHm, if I enable page header for a page, some of the content is missing, like the page title, and some of the text. is there anyway to fix it or is it a known bug?
July 31, 2018 at 7:30 pm #637447TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe only way content should disappear is if you add some of the template tags to your Page Hero content.
For example, if you add
{{post_title}}
to your Page Hero, it will remove the default post title from the content area (as there’s no need to display it twice).July 31, 2018 at 8:56 pm #637476Uwe PfeiferHm, I don’t have any tag added, the place where they are on the right, i cant remove them there.
August 1, 2018 at 2:48 am #637579Uwe Pfeiferto the right there are the tags, but i cant remove them. in page hero itself i didnt add any of the tags.
August 1, 2018 at 4:46 am #637648DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there, can you set up your header on one of your pages and provide us a link to that so we can take a look?
