Customizer Settings not affecting site

I'm moving yet another site from X-Theme and their terrible support to your platform.
I'm in the middle of the customization and for some reason, the customizer settings are not affecting the typography at all. I have no idea what's causing this but it's the first time I've had this issue.

Elementor is currently overwriting GP's style.
