I did a speed check with SiteGround last week (before buying the GP Premium plugin)
Last Friday it was 100 (yay) on desktop and 74 (bad) on mobile.

Ran it a few minutes ago, guess what mobile is now 100 too!!

I was searching the topics for a different question, but saw this and thought it might help solve the mystery???

This GP site has the customer review stars showing up under a product name:
and, she has the review tab showing up…(Description/Additional Information/Reviews)

Of course I don’t know what plugins etc she has on her site. I could email her. I’m a sewer too.

No plugin is required for the review to show.

It is showing by default in all of our Woo site templates too:

That’s soooo curious it’s not showing on mine… I know it used to, a long time ago.

Do you think it’s been deactivated/hidden?

GP itself doesn’t have the capability to hide a specific tab.

But no Discussion Option

There the person wrote: – plugin Disable Comments will remove that option totally if the global setting is chosen.

Yikes, maybe I had that plugin installed years ago?

It would be impossible for us to know.

My recommendation would be to start a staging site so we can go through some proper debugging tips instead of keep guessing.

I’m also going to let Customer Reviews Plugin helpdesk know about the possible issue with the Disable Comments plugin. I’m surely not the only one who used it.
