AndreiFebruary 18, 2020 at 4:38 am #1168961DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
try disabling all other plugins apart from GP Premium to test for a conflict.
If there is still an issue can you check #5 here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/February 18, 2020 at 5:12 am #1168989Andrei CosmoviciThe problem comes from the GP Premium plug-in. Next step?
February 18, 2020 at 5:37 am #1169010DavidStaffCustomer SupportOK so can retry creating the error, and when it occurs, Right Click > Inspect and let us know of any Red Errors displayed in the console

Credentials for access to the blog would help?
February 18, 2020 at 8:17 am #1169318TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperCan you check the
error_log
file on your server? A 500 error should be logged in there. What’s the latest entry?February 19, 2020 at 3:19 am #1170094Andrei CosmoviciIt seems it takes time to have an answer from those who manage the server. I don’t have access to the server, this is the rule. So, meantime, is there another way to try to fix this problem?
As I asked yesterday, credentials to access the blog dashboard would be useful?
February 19, 2020 at 5:38 am #1170191DavidStaffCustomer SupportCan you go to Tools > Site Health > Info and send us a screen shot of the Server details.
As its Server related the issue will need to be resolved at the server level but we can at least look to see what may be the cause.
February 19, 2020 at 5:59 am #1170222Andrei CosmoviciI have no acces to the CPanel. It’s a security matter, so all I need is fixed by my hosting company. I should wait, and wait, and wait (I guess…).
February 19, 2020 at 6:40 am #1170267DavidStaffCustomer SupportIn the WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > is where you can find the report.
Happy to have a look at that to see of there is anything obvious that is wrong.February 19, 2020 at 7:43 am #1170518Andrei CosmoviciShould I ask for a PHP Update?
February 19, 2020 at 7:47 am #1170523DavidStaffCustomer SupportFor security reasons its best to be on the latest stable version of PHP that your server supports.
GP is tested and works on 7.3On that screen there is an Info tab at the top. Click on that and expand the Server details. And send us a screenshot of that too
