    Hi guys,

i’m using GP Premium with Dispatch Theme.

I have a problem with the themes mobile view on smartphones. When loading for the first time, the content-blocks are squeezed/compressed. Only when reloading / F5 refresh everything is displayed correctly. What can I do to remedy this?

Enclosed a screenshot for better understanding

    Cheers

I have asked the Team to check their mobile devices so we can narrow down the issue.
In the meantime can you test the site in an Incognito browser or a different device and let us know.

Very strange, seems to only be happening to the WPSP cards.

Does the same thing happen for you here?: https://demos.wpshowposts.com/cards

If not, can you try adding that list to a blank test page on your website to see if it still happens?

    Hi guys,

I just found out that this problem occurs only on Chrome. When using incognito mode, everything is fine. i don’t use any extensions or plugins in Chrome, so i’ve got no clue where the problem is. Do you have any ideas?

Did you test the URL that Tom provided here:

    https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/content-is-squeezed-on-mobile-devices-on-first-load/#post-1349898

It will help us pin down whether it is site related or WPSP.

@David: Yes, no problems with the provided URL

    Hi there,

Did you try adding the same list to an empty page? That should tell us whether it’s something specific to that page, or if there’s something site-wide causing it to happen.
