Container Layout settings

For the container layout settings, I'm watching a video on youtube that's only 5 months OLD!!! and I can't find stuff! ridiculous. Try being consistent for a change for atleast awhile. like a year or so. Anyways, I'm looking for the container layout Inner Container so I can set it to full width, contained width, and the inner container width to 800. I don't see any of those settings any more.

The recent releases definitely included some big changes but they were necessary for us to move forward - we don't plan on changing the structure going forward:

Also, how do I add a snapshot to this so you can see?!!! Any way to add an attachment?
