Complete content from theme of site library not getting imported

Great! Seems like it’s working as expected now. That plugin(Starter Templates) seems to be causing issues even when deactivated. It somehow get’s automatically activated.

Can you confirm from your end if it’s working?

Kindly implement Read theme also and ensure please that all pages are installed properly. I liked read theme.
