Chopped footer

I had fluent form pro for the payments, it didn't cause any problem on my site. Now I needed recurring subscriptions payments on the website. I bought WP pay form and installed the form on the website. It has squeezed footer leaving 2 inch white space on each side and at the bottom of the footer is pushed up.
WP Manage Ninija has created both the plug ins.
Obviously the WP pay form is causing this.

Is there a way to fix this or I need to remove WP pay form?

Yes, got support ticket on their website but they have not replied, I think it is still very early morning in India.

I have fixed this problem of chopped footer, but there are many other tiny problems with the plug in as I think it is not tested with the latest version of Wordpress. Hopefully, Shahjahan Jewel will sort these problems out.
I still have not got response from them as it is Sunday and they are off today.
