Is there any way to change places on the page of https://enfocateyemprende.com/ the place where this is located “change © 2020 Enfocate y Emprende • Powered by GeneratePress”.

Hi Jesus,
You can have the footer bar items centers by going to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Footer and set the Footer Bar Alignment to Center.
As for keeping the footer down even when the page content is too short, you can try David’s solution here:

do you have the Copyright Module enabled in Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress.
With that enabled, follow the advice Elvin provided.
