Lior
This happened after I imported a couple of elementor templates. For some reason I’m only able to edit the header image but cannot edit any pages or other templates. Following elementor’s debugging safe mode troubleshooting (found on https://docs.elementor.com/article/471-debuging-safe-mode?utm_source=safe-mode&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn) – when switching to twenty-seventeen I’m able to edit everything, so it must be something with the GP theme’s code… Any suggestions?? Would be much appreciated 🙂

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Are you getting any specific errors?

No – stuck on elementor loader and can only access using safe mode or changing a theme…

StaffCustomer SupportThat is an Elementor error:
https://docs.elementor.com/article/56-content-area-not-foundYou can see that they suggested using GeneratePress to test.
Their support should be able to identify the exact issue for you.

Just a tiny thing I’ve discovered (maybe it will help with troubleshooting…) >>> It seems to only happen on Generatepress child theme (taken from here
Any suggestion on where maybe I might want to add the “<?php the_content(); ?>”
And also – Maybe it’ll help to update the child? Or maybe it’s just me having this issue heheJanuary 15, 2019 at 4:53 pm #783120Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe child theme uses the parent theme template files, which all use
the_content()where necessary. The most common solution to that issue I’ve seen is clearing your browser cache.
