    Can you open a new topic and copy/paste your IP address into the private info field so we can check if it’s been blocked by our server?

    It’s your server address where you host your website on which you are trying to activate the license key ๐Ÿ™‚

    I’m also cannot active my license, please help to check
    ErrorMessage: 403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.
    My Server IP: 13.214.34.30

    Hi guys,

    I just installed GeneratePress Theme and upload GP Premium plugin and it is impossible to activate license key due to the same error : “403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.”

    I don’t know if it could helps ; but on Hostinger I never have this issue, but this website is hosted on OVH Cloud.

    OVH seems to have different outgoing IPs (https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/licence-cant-be-activated-on-my-clients-site/#post-2075926).

    Can you check what those are on your end so we can report them to our hosting to see if they’re banned?

    After a talk with OVH support, they gave me this IP : 91.134.248.211
    It should be ok with it ! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž
    Can you confirm ?

    “Could it be any of the others?” – good question but I don’t know answer because today everything is alright. I mean today after activating I see message “Receiving premium updates” in GP dashboard. So… Thank you Tom ๐Ÿ™‚

    I have the same issue with my client hosted by OVH (best idea in the world ๐Ÿ™ ).
    Cluster : 007
    gateway : 51.68.11.207

    Could you please check if there is a blacklist issue ?
