body and paragraph text confusion

hi there, how do i add this function to add the complete list of googel fonts?

also, in the typography seciton, theres only Header 1-3, i cant find 4-5.

and is body text the same as paragraph text?

Header 4-5 is available in the newest version of the Theme. Make sure you update.
