StaffCustomer SupportHi Joe,
We have not had any other reports on this so I’d assume it’s something specific to your install.
Just to confirm, you are referring to the Blog x (posts page)?
https://www.screencast.com/t/OOrqo7oSCan you activate GP Premium for me?

StaffCustomer SupportHi Joe,
Let’s keep on discussing in this topic instead of private emails.
I logged in and can see that Blog module is activated, I don’t seem to find the issue you were describing, the blog page is showing just fine:
https://www.screencast.com/t/kmTz6G4am4Have you already fixed the issue?
Let me know if I miss anything.

Did you click on any of my blogs? The menu is ok, but when you click on them they load a blank page, no text or images. If I deactivate GP Premium they load the text and images. I have deactivated all other plugins and none affect this issue.

StaffCustomer SupportYour posts are using
block element - content template
which is built with GenerateBlocks. But the GenerateBlocks plugin is disabled.
Can you enable the plugin to test?

I have GP Press activated and activated generate blocks, no change, they still do not show. I saved, and refreshed, and tried on ff and chrome, still do not show, am I missing a step?

StaffCustomer SupportAfter you enabled the GenerateBlocks plugin, I can see the block element now, it’s empty.
Then the block element is useless, can you try to set the block element’s status to draft or delete it?

I deleted generate blocks tried advance blocks since neither worked as you suggested I deleted both. The blogs still are blank. Again if I disable GP Pro the blogs work.

Every plugin is disabled except GP Premium. If I disable GP Premium the blogs have content. Do I need to delete GP Premium and download a fresh install? I like GP but if you cannot fix it I will be forced to switch themes, and paying for your pro theme is a not working.

StaffCustomer SupportHi Joe,
I feel like there is a bit of miscommunication here so let’s take a step back.
I just logged into your site and the Posts page is not assigned:
https://www.screencast.com/t/RdUhwuJRCan you create a new page and assign that page to the Posts page first?
Please note that we have not received any other reports on this so it must be something specific to your installation.
Let’s figure it out.
Let me know ๐

Thanks for your reply. I checked and you are right, the blog was not connected, it was connected some time back and I do not know why it was disconnected. I reconnected it to the default blog page, and created a new blog titled test, however the blogs still show blank pages.

StaffCustomer Supporthowever the blogs still show blank pages.
That is not what I’m seeing. Take a look at this video:
https://www.screencast.com/t/iRm1sSVxlUy0Are you sure you are looking at the right page?

I have tried three other themes, Kadance, twenty seventeen and Astra and the blog pages show in all three. I like GeneratePress, but may have to go to another theme. I am quite frustrated, I have done everything you recommend, and feel like you are trying to blame everything other than a corrupted GP theme file.

StaffCustomer SupportDid you take a look at my screen capture above?
https://www.screencast.com/t/iRm1sSVxlUy0Can you follow the same steps and check if you are seeing something different?
I’m not trying to blame anyone or anything. Just trying to figure why we are seeing different things.

Sorry, I apologize I do not intend to be disrespectful and appreciate your help.
I rechecked and my top menu “All Blog Posts” and they now show the blogs. However the blog list in the right column still shows blank pages, thus it is not your theme, but I do not know how to fix it. I removed the widget recent posts then reinstalled it and it still does not show the pages. -
