Hi,
hope eveyone are well!Is it possible to have a template for blogpost?
Because the featured image shows in fullsize when opening a blogpost.
I want the featured image to follow a template where it has a specific size.
Dropboxlink (featured image)I also want the image gallery to be smaller, they should be opened in the original size when clicked on.
Dropboxlink (featured image)Many thanks.

1. You could use a Header Element to display the featured image as a banner:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/2. We could provide some CSS to ‘contain’ the gallery – if you can share a link i would be happy to help.

Hope youre well!
Added website to this subject/topic1) When looking at that video I see the design/layout is different, you can check my website.
Start are the 10 latests post and Arkiv is the “archive”2) You can check example post under Start, the one with the helmet.
If you need a username / password (locking the site when not active working on it) you can use username: Patrik and my zip code as username and password
Many thanks

1. Have you tried using the image sizing options for single posts?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adjusting-the-featured-images/
2. We don’t actually store any personal information. Feel free to shoot us an email with the user/pass, but be sure to mention this topic: https://generatepress.com/contact
February 11, 2020 at 2:40 pm #1162332PatrikHi,
Hope youre well!1. When adding for example 500×300 the image just “autoscale” to thumbnail size
If i add 1000×100 it doesnt changeWhen i put auto x auto the image turns big again to its original size
Update:
1. Customizing > Layout > Blog > Single
—— Posts > Display featured image > Width 800 x Height 300 apply
Result: gets tiny (not applying my size)2. Sometime it “transforms” the featured image to the px i set after clicking apply 2-4 times
3. When adding a new post with a new image, it does not automatically resize it.
I have to go to Customizing > Layout > Blog > Single then “Post” hit apply until it changes.
Can GP autoresize featured images?February 11, 2020 at 4:00 pm #1162366TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
It sounds like your server isn’t working well with our resizer. That’s not a terrible thing, as we’re ditching this resizer in the next update.
For now, I suggest doing something like this: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/image-processing-errors/#post-1143871
