We did and i have replied to the latest email as we're having an issue logging in.

right for the Posts Header Element - you just need to add some Top padding to the Header Element for it to appear :)

May be worth deleting those elements you have in the trash - on the very rare occasion i have seen a trashed element create a conflict. I don't think its an issue here but best to be safe.

Also for the Pages element there is no need to Exclude Posts. It won't do anything but again out reducing chances of those weird unexplainable happenings.

You can select % which are better for responsive display.
I would try 20% for desktop and 26% for mobile
