bad request when opening options under "start customizing"

Hello,
I thought I opened a topic regarding this issue already. It's been an ongoing issue for a month, since my first installation and purchase. I couldn't find anyone past topics, open or answered, with a similar issue. Unless my search entry needed to be broader.
When I click on an "open options" button for any of the listed items under "start customizing (i.e., site identity, color options, typography, etc.), the page navigates to an all white screen with a small text in the upper left corner reading "bad request."
I have the latest version of GP Premium and I've attempted to delete and disabled all plugins but the issue still persists. Can you please assist?
