    Hi Mike,

In your admin dashboard, in Tools > Site Health, can you check if there are any critical errors?

Also check in the server section of the info page in site health if your PHP memory limit is set to a sufficient value. Usual values are at least 128 or 256M.

Moreover, may we also know the exact error message that shows when you try opening these?

    Kindly let us know.

Php is 256m, no critical errors only 3 recommended tasks.
1 recommended improvements say a scheduled event,wp,update, comment, type, batch failed to run.
Lastly “bad request” is what comes up after clicking on customizing options
    Thank you for your help

I see. Thank you for checking.

I found this previous thread which had the exact issue, and here’s Tom’s response: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/bad-request/#post-2116207

Can you check if directly going to Appearance > Customize resolves the issue for you?
