Author box not showing in Posts

The author is showing in single post and archives pages.

If you are talking about Blog page, it's because the blog page in your site is not the default index blog page, it's generated by a plugin, GP theme has no control of it.

You could check the plugin setting or contact their custom support.

I am not sure what you are saying. I still cannot find the author box in the posts. And, I have deactivated the plugin (start box) before reaching you out.

The Display author option on the customizer displays the post author's name/link on the blog list's entry meta(for archive) or on the single post's entry meta (for posts).

It doesn't display any author box.

To display an author box, you'll need a plugin that does that.
