Thank you for your great Theme. I have one problem: the ultimate shortcode animation doesnt work… is it possible to fix this problem? i want to have fade in content.

I had the same problem when updating recently. To be more specific, for every section that was enclosed in Shortcodes Ultimate animation brackets, the text wouldn’t show up. It just left the section blank. I had to quickly remove all my shortcodes for my copy to appear.
Here’s a sample page for you to see.
I hope this helps resolve the issue, as it was disconcerting to see half my site blank.

The text that is in animated brackets says “Animated content here.” Do you see that or just what I wrote above it to show the difference?January 24, 2017 at 3:24 pm #267809LeoStaffCustomer SupportJanuary 24, 2017 at 4:33 pm #267864Ali Rand
Ok at least it works for visitors. That’s good.
But when I’m logged in and viewing my site it doesn’t show up.
I guess it’s not the end of the world, but it makes working on sites a bit difficult.January 24, 2017 at 4:58 pm #267878LeoStaffCustomer Support
That’s a bit weird…so if you are logged out you can see it too?
I just tested the plugin and it seems to display normally on a test page when I’m logged in.
Perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin? You can test that by disabling everything except GP Premium and Shortcodes Ultimate.January 25, 2017 at 6:09 am #268353Ali Rand
Luckily it was the first plugin I disabled. It was a Code Snippets conflict of removing query strings. When I deactivated the snippet, I got the animated content back and viewable when I’m logged in.January 25, 2017 at 7:53 am #268400LeoStaffCustomer SupportJanuary 25, 2017 at 9:37 am #268491TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
That’s strange, you might want to report that to the plugin author – query strings are just version numbers attached to the files, they shouldn’t have any say on functionality. It may have just been a caching issue on your end?
Alternatively, you can try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-strings-remover/January 26, 2017 at 10:46 am #269225Ali Rand
Thanks for all the help! But it now seems the animation shortcodes are working when I’m logged in – even with the query snippet activated. So I guess the problem is resolved.
Thanks again for your support!January 26, 2017 at 11:04 am #269243
